Currently GAG is in partnership with Football NSW, the largest football organisation in Australia with over 220,000 registered members. GAG has developed numerous development initiatives including;

1. A Development Pathway Program for elite footballers between the age of 8-15 years
2. A Development Partnership Program for elite FNSW youth clubs
3. A formal instructors course for elite coaches throughout NSW
4. Developmental tours throughout the world for player aged 10-16 years
5. A school holiday camp program with over 5000 players attending annually

GAG is headed up by Paul Bentvelzen, who is the Managing Director. His qualification includes:

• Masters of Education (Sports Coaching) Sydney University (Currently completing)
• Bachelor of Sports Science (Sports Coaching) UNSW
• Diploma in Education (PE/HEALTH/PD) UNSW
• Qualified Professional Educator with Football NSW
• University of Western Sydney Lecturer / tutor
• Staff Instructor Football NSW
• Semi Professional Player in the NSW Super / Premier League
• Level 3 Australia Coaching Council licence
• FFA National Licence
• AFC A licence

Paul Bentvelzen has worked in youth development throughout the world. Countries include USA, New Zealand, England, Canada, China, Korea, Holland, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Portugal, and Japan.
